Mike Meyer is a leading Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service industry pioneer, author, speaker, and entrepreneur. He led the charge in the development of an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform to support highly-regulated financial organizations’ in 2008, leveraging the specific technologies and management paradigms in the infancy of what the industry later coined ‘Hosted Private Cloud.’ His expertise and experience have benefited iconic brands like PGA of America, IBM, Lockheed-Martin, and Brown Forman, among others. He is a sought-after speaker and training resource on technology trends and enhancing technology sales and consulting. Meyer is an innovator in the conversation research segment of social analytics, having co-written and published the first-ever cross-platform social media and digital research ‘conversation’ report in 2017. An award-winning entrepreneur, Meyer is co-founder and board member of Conversation Research Institute (CRI). He serves on the advisory board for the Sullivan College of Technology and Design. He is the author of two books: “The Solomon Assembly” (2012) and “The Lion in My House” (2013), the latter becoming the impetus for the eponymous blog, which he writes to this day. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Indiana Wesleyan University. He is happily married and has three children and a fat cat.
